If you need to make a return, we currently have a 14-day returns policy- you have 14 days from when your order was received to return it. Your item(s) must be in the original condition, unworn or unused, with their tags and in the original packaging.
To start the returns process please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days and we will send instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note customers are responsible for the returns postage charge. We recommend getting a proof of postage receipt in case it goes missing.
Your return will be inspected upon arrival and then if approved you will automatically receive the refund back to your original payment method. When this is complete we will notify you by email. Please remember it can take up to 5 working days for your bank to process the refund and it to show in your bank account.

We cannot accept returns on paper based items such as greetings cards and prints nor, on hair accessories or facemasks for hygiene reasons.
