How long will it take for my order to arrive?  

Our current turnaround time on all fabric orders is 14 days. Made to order isn't fast as each item is cut-out and sewn together individually- nothing is pre-made ahead. At present O&E is a tiny team so the volume of orders really alters the lead time. If you would like a personal estimate before ordering or if you would like a personal update on when your order will arrive please CONTACT us and we'll be able to assist you.

 

I need my order by a specific date, can you ensure it will be here in time?

If you require an item by a specific time, please let us know the date you need to receive your order by in the comments box at the checkout, we will then do everything we can to get it to you in time. If there is going to be an issue with this we will always notify you via the email you provided at the checkout.

 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. Our international delivery costs differ depending on location and so will be calculated for you at the checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for paying for any import charges / taxes that are applied when entering your country. Head to our DELIVERY page for more information.

 

I’m looking for a bigger size than you offer, is this possible?

Our children’s clothing ranges from 0-3 months up to 7 years however if you are looking to order for a child older than this, please CONTACT us and we’d be happy to discuss creating a custom piece to suit your needs.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you placed an order by accident or selected the wrong size, please CONTACT us within 24hrs and we’ll be able to reverse or change your order. Once 24hrs has passed, we will have generally ordered the fabric required for your order and so it won’t be possible to cancel or change.

 

How should I care for my ODDS&EMS fabric products?

We design and make all our items with love and care to the highest standard possible so that they can be worn time and time again. It's important that you look after your new products correctly for them to live a long, happy life. Each fabric item is tagged with its own, individual care instructions so please refer to these when receiving your order. Always hand wash your items where possible, alternatively wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Never tumble dry, let them hang dry naturally and only iron if required on a low-medium heat.

 

Can I become a stockist of ODDS&EMS?

Of course! We're always on the lookout for new, independent shops to stock ODDS&EMS. If you're interested in becoming a stockist please CONTACT us and we'll get back to you within 48hrs with more details. 

 

Is O&E packaging recyclable?

Yes! We try to use as little packaging as possible but, everything that we do use is made from recycled materials and is recyclable too. Please make sure you dispose of your O&E packaging correctly to help our planet out!

 

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we send out exclusive discount codes and offers to all our subscribers occasionally via email. If your a new customer you can get 10% off your first order just add the code: IMNEW at the checkout!

 

Can you gift wrap my order? 

All our orders come wrapped in recycled yellow tissue secured with an O&E sticker anyhow. If you would like to include a personal message too, we can include this inside one of our greeting cards free of charge. Please CONTACT us after placing your order with your order number (i.e #1001), greeting card choice and the message details you would like us to add. We don't include the invoice in any of our orders, this is email to you instead. Please remember to include the correct delivery address at the checkout when ordering gifts.
